[Photoshop]How to make a transparent border

Hello guys, today I will show you how to make a transparent border like in this avatars :



Let`s start !

First, go to File ~> New with the next settings :


Now, put what stock do you want!
Click on "New layer" button, then go to Image ~> Apply Image with next settings :


After that, go to "Layer 1" ~> Right click ~> Blending options ~> Stroke with next settings :


Then, go in "Blending options" to Inner Glow with the next settings :


Add a text(ex.: fmSupport)

And if you did each step correctly, your image should look like this:
