code to set topic icon

I need to set topic icon at this position like here " Important Icon"

Hello! Follow the steps:

ACP < Display < Pictures and Colors < Pics Management < Topic icons

Click to add a topic icon and fill the fields. Do you want to be centered? :)

Go to AdminPanel -> Pictures and colors -> Pics managment -> Advaced mode -> Topics icon

click on create.

you will get this:

Picture:

fill name and url, or choose some of smiles. And click Save.

and it's all. enjoy
