Help with characters on html page

I need help, I'm from croatia, and we use letters čćšžđ, but in html page I can't use that letters, can anybody help me, how I can use that?

Can I do something, where when I writte example č that automatic see that, and writte č, or I must for every letter writte that?

You must replace all letters , better you try the english
