From now , you need to create a topic in the proposal section , from there , a moderator will send your topic in the section , when you create you need to have at name for what is like : [HTML] Title , [ JS ] ETC , [Others] TITLE .

Now the best tutorials will get 10 points  ,and 1 point for any tutorial accepted , so , good luck all. Hi
