Webkinz Banner Needed

I used to play webkinz a lot and had a site for it, but it became inactive and I closed it down. However, some friends found the old link and I decided to re-open. We are working on re-launching once we buy the domain, find the right theme, ad get the banner.
So I am requesting a banner!

Type(avatar/signature/wallpaper/etc.) : Banner
Size : Same size or so as banner on thewebkinznation.forumotion.com
Primary&Secondary colors : Green and white.
Text : The Webkinz Chat Spot
Other details : I want the same kind of style as the banner on thewebkinznation.forumotion.com
Instead of the yellow guy popping out from the text I'd like the image below popping out. As well, please make the background transparent and make the text fun and kid friendly.

I want the fairy coming out from the right side of the text on an angle.
